Practicing with Lower Level Partner
As a hard-worker, we can't be dependent on our partner's ability and we never should complain that we can't develop because of the other guy. Taking this into consideration is the primary step to improve every day and every time.
We have to keep in mind that when we want to play with better players, we are these “worse” for them so if they don't complain, we can't do it too when we are in their shoes. What counts is what we do; not what our opponent does.
